In 1986 I started my selling career door to door, which continued for many years. This exciting learning part of my life lead me to understand the wants and the needs of the people I came in contact with every day.
Many different people from all walks of life across each socio -economic background, but all the same in many ways. They just want what is best for them and what makes them happy and to smile. Simple.
Helping my customers get want they wanted and ending each visit with a smile was my daily life. My own family grew up knowing that I was out helping parents and kids each day and earning my own income at the same time. Those first few years of travelling and selling were fun smiling times. Happiness is giving someone a smile in their day.
Property Sales & Tenancy Management
In 1997 I began investing in property in an effort to future proof my families financial security. This was the start of a life long journey, which has taken me to all parts of New Zealand and into many homes of Landlords and Tenants alike. I have travelled overseas and worked in other parts of the world. Simple and a smile for me.
Tenants have been an integral part of my life since that year in 1997 with the purchase of the first rental property and so there on we went. In that time I have seen many families come and go, grow up get married have their own kids and move towns and then call up years later for advise. So these people, Landlords and Tenants alike, have been an extension of my own family.
Soon thereafter I started selling Real Estate as well then moved onto owning a successful Franchised sales office, as well as operate a busy Property Management business.
Your Future Security
Property Management which is looking after other peoples’ rental properties, their investment, their money and the future security for their family has kept me busy right round New Zealand into 2017 when we then moved regions. I have looked after multiple properties through these years, and now it’s time to smile and start a new Residential Investment based Mobile Property Management Business to help many new people Landlords and Tenants alike into the future.
Legislation has changed ten fold in 22 years, and this can be scary for many people, but my job is to make it easier for you by taking out the "unknown and the unsure" factor, so you can smile, breathe, relax and enjoy your day.
