For over 22 years many Tenants and their families have been an integral part of my life. Some have stayed in contact over many years and I have watched their families grow up, get married and have their own children.
People come and go, and really people are quite mobile and move regularly with work, life, family, jobs, marriage divorce births, death. New experience and challenges or boredom to make something more from their life for their family. It is life and it goes on day after day.
I offer you my experience and knowledge of many situations and the break down and understanding of current legislation surrounding the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 and Amendments Act 2016. Applications and form filling out and the things you need to be aware of.

We will require full disclosure with authorisation to do credit checking and background checking to be completed. References will need to be supplied with ID required to personally identify who you are. Plus written proof of your rent and bond available to secure your new home.
